Elementalist is a class options for the Mage archetype. This class was first introduced in the Lost Legends expansion.
Starting equipment for the Elementalist are the Spire of Conflux and the Runeshard Cache, and the skill Elemental Focus.
The Elementalist is special compared to other classes because it uses the 4 Skills Blaze, Grasp, Tide and Gust which don't cost XP, but Elements (marked with the icon Element). All other skills of the class revolve around augmenting these 4 elemental skills.

Element cards are Class cards that have Element in place of an XP cost.

Earth and Sky 1 When you use Gust or Grasp, you may choose a figure that is 5 spaces away instead of 3.
When you purchase this card, gain an additional Element skill.

Primal Harmony 1 Exhaust this card during your turn to refresh 1 of your Element cards. -
Sun and Sea 1 When you use Tide or Blaze, you may exhaust this card to reroll 1 attack or power die.
When you purchase this card, gain an additional Element skill.

Storm's Fury 2 When you use Tide, you may choose a monster within 2 spaces instead of an adjacent monster.
When you use Gust, you may choose 1 non-lieutenant figure instead.

Volcanic Might 2 While Grasp is exhausted, add 1 Shield to your defense results.
While Blaze is exhausted, after a monster resolves an attack that targets you, that monster suffers 1 Heart.

Spiritual Balance 2 Exhaust this card after you exhaust an Element card. If there are 2 or more exhausted Element cards, recover 2 Fatigue. -
Nature's Embrace 3 Apply +1 to your Stamina.
When you use Tide, you may choose 1 additional monster.
When you use Grasp, you may target a number of non-lieutenant figures equal to the number of exhausted Element cards.

Nature's Fury 3 Apply +1 to your Stamina.
When you use Blaze, add 1 additional yellow power die to your attack pool during that attack.
When you use Gust, you may choose yourself.

Blaze Element Exhaust this card when you perform an attack, after dice are rolled. This attack gains Pierce X, where X is equal to the number of exhausted Element cards. 1 Fatigue
Grasp Element Exhaust this card during your turn to choose a non-lieutenant monster within 3 spaces of you. If the number of exhausted Element cards is equal to or greater than the number of spaces that monster occupies, it is Stunned. 1 Fatigue
Tide Element Exhaust this card when you perform an attack, after dice are rolled. A monster adjacent to the target space suffers Heart equal to the number of exhausted Element cards. 1 Fatigue
Gust Element Exhaust this card during your turn to choose another friendly figure within 3 spaces of you. Move that figure up to a number of spaces equal to the number of exhausted Element cards. 1 Fatigue
