The OL is correct. Thematically, you're correct, but it's just the name of a skill, not an actual action the zombie is performing. So the Zombie can 'Grab' and then move elsewhere. If you need to think of it thematically, imagine the zombie is grabbing the hero's legs and tripping him/her, thus knocking them off balance, which makes it hard for them to move.
