Stunned condition is quite confusing.

The card says that removing the condition card is the only action that can be taken during whole turn. On the other side errate to this says that creature can have his/her second additional turn.

So if i stunn a monster during my turn does this monster can have move/attack while his/her turn starts (after taking the first action to remove stun condition card)?
