Leap Attack: This monster may move its Speed, ignoring enemy figures as it does so. When if finishes its movement, perform a single attack that targets each figure this monster moved through. Each figure rolls defense dice separately.

The change was probably made to specify that the attack affects each figure moved through, but doesn't target each figure moved through. This is in line with other abilities such as Carve a Path.
