Elementalist is a class options for the Mage archetype. This class was first introduced in the Lost Legends expansion.
Starting equipment for the Elementalist are the Spire of Conflux and the Runeshard Cache, and the skill Elemental Focus.
The Elementalist is special compared to other classes because it uses the 4 Skills Blaze, Grasp, Tide and Gust which don't cost XP, but Elements (marked with the icon 
). All other skills of the class revolve around augmenting these 4 elemental skills.
