Elemental is a monster found in the Descent: Journeys in the Dark (Second Edition) base game.

Description

Beings comprised of all four primal elements are dangerous and impossible to control. Their warring primal natures make these elementals lethal to all around them.

Abilities

  • Fire: Perform an attack targeting all figures adjacent to this monster. Each figure rolls defense dice separately.
  • Earth: Each hero adjacent to this monster must test Awareness. Each hero that fails is Immobilized.
  • Water: Each hero adjacent to this monster must test Willpower. Each hero that fails suffers 2 Fatigue.
  • Air: Until the start of your next turn, this monster can only be affected by attacks from adjacent figures.
