For the Beastmaster skill see Stalker_(Beastmaster_skill)

Stalker is one of the class options for the hero archetype Scout. This class was introduced in The Trollfens expansion.

An authority on traps and lures, the Stalker excels at hastily constructing deadly contraptions to poison, explode, or otherwise incapacitate her unwary foes.

Trap tokens, exclusive to this class.

As a class its main feature is the laying of trap tokens through the terrain, and skills that interact with them.  When a player chooses the Stalker class during Hero Setup, they place the trap tokens in a supply in their play area. Each time the Stalker uses an ability that places one trap token, they take one trap
token from the supply and places it on the map as instructed.

Trap tokens do not block movement or line of sight, and only one trap token may occupy any one space.Trap tokens are limited by the amount in the supply (6).

Its starting equipment are the Hunting Knife, the Black Widow's Web, and the skill Set Trap.

FAQ

Q: When he performs an attack, does the Stalker gain the +1Heart from “Set Trap” for each trap token he is adjacent to?

A: No. If the Stalker is adjacent to multiple trap tokens, he gains only +1 Heart on each attack. (source)

Q: When using a Stalker's Ambush ability at the same time as a monster moves adjacent to a trap, would both abilities trigger or would the OL be able to choose which to activate first (I.E. the trap), and making Ambush invalid?

A: If this happened, Ambush would still trigger. The timing conflict will merely reflect which will happen first. The trigger, a monster entering a space adjacent to (or within 3 spaces of) a trap token has still been fulfilled for both. (source)

Q: Does Lay of the Land triggers Makeshift Trap?

A: Yes. (source)
