This Overlord Card can be obtained by the Overlord if he succeeds in winning the Shadowside Watch quest in Crusade of the Forgotten Hero and Monster Collection pack.
Also, if the Crusade of the Forgotten Rumor card is in play when the game transitions to act 2, the overlord gets the Forgotten Sorcery card even though the quest was not played.
